That Time iHeartRadio Predicted The Birth Of Beyonce's Twins

There are plenty of different ways to measure the success of our careers in 2017. You can evaluate professional achievement based on your placement within corporate America's hierarchy. You can also evaluate achievement by your allotted vacation time. You can even evaluate based on the number of followers on your Instagram account. We're looking at you, social media influencers.

Still, as an avid junkie for all things pop culture and music, our measurement, at least for the time being, is going to be based on one thing and one thing only. On Tuesday (July 18), TMZ published the birth certificates for Beyoncé and JAY-Z's twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, and we, my friends, accurately predicted the due date of hip-hop's newest pair five months before their arrival.

What's the method to our madness? Well, after the pop titan announced her pregnancy with Blue Ivy at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards with one measly mic drop and belly rub on August 28, 2011, iHeartRadio dissected the pop titan's PR strategy. If she announced her pregnancy at the MTV ceremony and spent the next 132 days with the bun in the oven for Blue, she'd surely use the same timeline. All we had to do was use that formula and factor in the time of her 2017 photo announcement. It pays to pay attention, folks!

As per TMZ's new report, Rumi and Sir Carter arrived to the world on our exact prediction date: June 13 at 5:13 AM. Oh, and in case you were wondering, Rumi came first and was followed by Sir shortly afterward, courtesy of Dr. Paul Crane (the same man who delivered Kim and Kourtney Kardashian's five children).

If you'll excuse us, we have to go add this all-too-important career milestone to our Instagram bio.

Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today. 🙏🏽❤️👨🏽👩🏽👧🏽👶🏾👶🏾
