Fat Joe's New Hit Single 'So Excited' Is Finally Here | WORLD PREMIERE

Fat Joe is delivering some heat for us this summer 2017. The Terror Squad artist dropped a new banger called "So Excited" featuring Dre from production duo Cool & Dre. 

Now that Joe and Remy Ma's 2016 joint album, Plata o Plomo, is officially out and its singles/music videos have been released, the rapper is readying his solo project and he's using "So Excited" to kick things off. iHeartRadio is world premiering the new single on all of our Hip Hop and R&B radio stations on Tuesday (August 1) every hour starting at 6:00am ET to 11:00pm ET. 

"So Excited" sounds like the perfect, fun summer session whether you're partying at the club or driving down the highway with the music blasting. It's a vibe, for sure. Fat Joe told iHeartRadio about the new smash, "I’m 'So Excited' to have my 1st single 'So Excited' from my upcoming album as this week's iHeartMedia World Premiere aka the real Beyoncé rollout."

On the track, Joe raps: "I'm fly like Ye, Gets mines with JAY/ Got every pretty [explicit] tryna ride my wav/ Gotta have a slim waist, in the face Sadé/ Lay up in the crib and ménage all day," He continues: "Went from nothin' to somethin', Now I'm pushing the button...No Dre, but the P is free, She got cake, well it's something to see."

Dre comes in and sings on the chorus with laid-back voice. His flow makes him almost sounds like Drake with the way he rides the beat with his words. "When you send a text, I get so excited/ I got a new flex and I think I like it," he says.

This isn't the first time that Joe and Dre have collaborated. Both Dre and his partner Cool are well-respected producers in the industry and have been working with the Bronx rapper since Joe from day one. From making Joe's 2001 "King of N.Y" to the rapper's 2008 track "Ain't Sayin' Nothin'" and all the way up to...well..."All The Way Up" from Joe and Remy, Dre and Joe always make music magic when they join forces.
