SZA

SZA. Just three letters, but a name you will not forget. SZA, real name Solana Imani Rowe, is the smooth songstress that has the music industry buzzing, and is the female face for Kendrick Lamar's record label, Top Dawg Entertainment.

Having helped pen songs for megastars like BeyoncĂ© and Rihanna, SZA (who is iHeartRadio's new On The Verge Artist) is well on her way to becoming a star herself. Just recently, the 26-year-old released her debut studio album Ctrl via Top Dog Entertainment and RCA Records, which has already captured the hearts of celebs like Diddy, Lil Yachty, Ty Dolla $ign, Alessia Cara, Calvin Harris, and more.

Ctrl features 14 songs including collabs with artists like Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, James Fauntleroy, and Isaiah Rashad. Last month, SZA told iHeartRadio of her debut album, "I guess I just started being my own therapist. Like, [I] wanted therapy really bad, and I just couldn't get any, so I just wrote an album. I just got really depressed and made a bunch of songs about the way I felt and remembering the way I felt about certain people and certain days."

SZA's new album kicked off with the lead single "Drew Barrymore," a small tribute to the actress. SZA told iHeartRadio of the song, "She's representative of so much honesty and beauty in terms of the characters she plays. I always connected to the dorkiness, the lostness, the feeling of not belonging."

Ctrl also features singles like "Love Galore" and "Broken Clocks." Check out "Love Galore" below:
