Bruno Mars is bringing his smooth vocals and fancy footwork to a living room near you when his first primetime television special, Bruno Mars: 24K Magic Live At The Apollo, airs on CBS on November 29 at 10 ET/PT.
Taped at the iconic Apollo Theater in New York City, the one-hour special includes a must-see kickoff atop the Apollo's landmark marquee. It'll also include footage of the pop star visiting the nearby streets and entertaining locals alongside his band the Hooligans. According to a press release, the special is still currently filming additional scenes to pair with Mars' concert performance. "The special, which will continue to tape in the coming weeks, features exhilarating, never-before-seen stage performances throughout the broadcast," the release reads.
"For me, Bruno Mars is the greatest performer in the world," said Ben Winston, who, alongside Mars, serves as executive producer for the program. "To be producing his first television special is a true honor. This will be a special show and a special night."
