Lady Gaga Reacts To Cardi B's 'Bad Romance' Performance In High School Show

Lady Gaga has millions of fans all across the world. But, did you know that Invasion Of Privacy rapper, Cardi B, is one of them? That's right. Cardi is a monster. 

Before she entered the spotlight, the Bronx artist idolized the pop star a great deal. In a previous interview with Billboard, the rapper said: "I love Madonna and Lady Gaga. One of my favorite style icons is Lady Gaga." She continued: "She can be very chic and different. There are certain things that a girl like me from the hood, I be like, 'You know what I wouldn’t wear that,' but you a beast for thinking about that. I like that."

That brings us to a talent show that Cardi performed in years ago when she was still in high school. While onstage, the rapper sang Gaga's hit "Bad Romance." Take a look at the throwback footage below. You can definitely see that Cardi was a star in the making. 

After seeing this video, Gaga reacted to it on social media with much excitement. "I LIVE @iamcardib," the Mother Monster replied with a heart, fire and hands up emojis. See that reaction below. 

It turns out that Gaga is a fan of the rapper, as well. She tweeted some of Cardi's "Get Up 10" lyrics earlier this week. "Fall down 9 times but I get up 10! @iamcardib SPEAK WOMAN," she said. Here's to the two fans of one another working together in the near future.
