Faith Hill, Dolly Parton & More Set for Hollywood Walk of Fame Stars
June 27, 2018
Country stars are becoming Hollywood stars--literally!
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce's Walk of Fame Selection Committee announced Monday (June 25) the class of 2019 inductees for the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Faith Hill as well as Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris as Trio made the list.
Dolly, who received her star as a solo artist in 1984, now becomes the first woman in history to have two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
"Of course, that's natural. I like to do things in pairs if you know what I mean," Dolly joked in a video on social media in reaction to the news.
Thank you Hollywood Chamber of Commerce & #WOFCommittee. I’m so honored to be returning to the #HollywoodWalkOfFame and this time as #TRIO with my best friends #LindaRonstadt and #EmmylouHarris! And very special thanks to Brian Edwards for your dedication, love & support in making this incredible career milestone happen for us!
