Real Houswife Teresa Giudice Threatens To Sue Chief Keef For Mixtape Cover

Real Housewives of New Jersey staple Teresa Giudice is preparing to make legal action against rapper Chief Keef. The reality star claims he featured a photo of the inside of her mansion on his Mansion Musick mixtape cover without seeking permission, which dropped this past July. 

Giudice's attorney James Leonard Jr reportedly revealed to TMZ that her family came to notice the familiar scene on the cover from one of Teresa's daughter's friends. They happened to be a big fan of the hip-hop artist and brought the photo to the family's attention. Leonard Jr. is arguing that their family deserves compensation due to it being an 'invasion of privacy.' 

One road bump in their litigation plan could be that the photo Keef used wasn't exactly private. Not too long ago the family put that house up for sale and the picture was one of many used to market the property. This specific house was one of the properties Teresa and husband Joe Giudice nearly lost a few years ago during their highly publicized legal troubles.  

Residences owned by the Giudice's have been making headlines for the past couple of years. Back in 2015 their Jersey Shore vacation property, which went into foreclosure after being purchased for $347K, went up on the auction block with a starting bid of $100. Just recently in 2017 the property was completely demolished by it's new owners as they prepared to sell the lot.

Legal troubles aside, Chief Keef has had a pretty eventful 2018. Back in June shots were fired at the rapper in New York City as he was arriving at the W Hotel in Times Square. The bullets missed Keef and he was unharmed, but did hit hotel signage. He's also been feuding with fellow rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine who took Slim Danger, the mother of his child out, shopping and posted the video to his Instagram feed.
