Smashing Pumpkins Add Dates to 30th Anniversary Tour Series

Smashing Pumpkins are in the midst of their Shiny and Oh So Bright tour and on Monday (October 1), the recently reunited band announced it was adding dates this winter as part of its 30th anniversary series.
This tour is special because it's the first time founding members Billy Corgan, James Iha and Jimmy Chamberlin have played together in nearly two decades. The trio, along with longtime guitarist Jeff Schroeder, also announced they'd be releasing SHINY AND OH SO BRIGHT, VOL. 1 / LP: NO PAST. NO FUTURE. NO SUN. on November 16. Like the tour, this will be the first Smashing Pumpkins album to feature Corgan, Iha and Chamberlin in 18 years.
The band has released two singles from the upcoming album: "Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)" and "Solara."
