Lauren Jauregui may be a pop star, but the former Fifth Harmony member is a self-proclaimed "rock chick at heart," and she proved that during her recent episode of Teen Vogue's “The Playlist Of My Life” video series.
After discussing some usual suspects in Lana Del Rey, Christina Aguilera, and Ed Sheeran, the singer threw a curveball by adding Mumford & Son's "After the Storm." But the English folk rockers weren't the only interesting selection on her playlist. Jauregui also included Paramore's 2006 hit, "Pressure."
“This whole album, All We Know Is Falling, was the soundtrack of my seventh grade,” the 22-year-old explained. “This song particularly, yo, a girl was struggling in school. I was always in honor classes, so I always had a lot of homework and a lot of shit going on. Yeah, this song, I would blast it.“The whole thing, it’s like super rock, and when you hear it, you’ll be like, ‘Really, in seventh grade?’”

Though her love for Paramore may seem shocking, hardcore fans should find it as no surprise. The "Expectations" singer has tweeted about the band for years, gushing about playing their self-titled album on repeat in 2013 and most recently declaring Hayley Williams and company her "favorite band forever."
