The house where Mac Miller spent the final moments of his life is now up for rent, TMZ reports.

The 3,156 sq. foot San Fernando Valley property, which includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms respectively, has already hit the market. According to the celebrity gossip outlet, renters will pay $9,595 a month for the property, which features "panoramic city and canyon views, private courtyard and a built-in brick BBQ."

And in case you were wondering, yes, tenants will be made aware of the tragedy that took place at the home ahead of renting or buying. California's Civil Code 1710.2 law requires realtors to disclose incidents of that nature within three years of a transaction.

As previously reported, Miller died at his home of an apparent overdose on September 7 at age 26. Sources revealed the "Self Care" star spent his last night home watching a football game with friends. Authorities pronounced the emcee dead at the scene, where his body had laid for multiple hours before his discovery just before noon.

It was also reported Miller's place was possibly scrubbed of any evidence that would have offered clues to how he died. An autopsy has been performed but the artist's cause of death has yet to be officially released by his family members.

The "Donald Trump" musician was laid to rest in a Jewish funeral at Homewood Cemetery in his hometown of Pittsburgh weeks after his death.
