The Killers' Dave Keuning Shares "Boat Accident," Announces Tour Dates

In October, The Killers' founding member Dave Keuning announced a solo project. Under the moniker "Keuning," the guitarist is stepping into the spotlight and putting out his debut album Prismism early next year. He shared the album's lead single "Restless Legs," and now is giving us another taste of what to expect from the upcoming record.
On Monday (December 3), Keuning shared another upbeat track in "Boat Accident." Like the first single, this song's music video also features the guitarist as a paper cut out. Only this time, he's on an undersea adventure.
"’Boat Accident’ was started from an old voice memo I recorded years ago,” Keuning explained in a statement. “The original idea by itself seemed like it was a throw away guitar part but something about it felt good too, so I started working on it and making a demo and now it is one of my favorites off the album even though it was almost thrown away."
Prismism is slated for a January 25, 2019 release. Listen to "Boat Accident" below.
