Travis Barker Weighs In On Tommy Lee's Feud With Travis Scott

Last week, Tommy Lee advised Travis Scott to "lawyer up!" after watching footage from the rapper's Astroworld tour that looked a little too similar to one of Motley Crüe's stage designs. Now, another legendary drummer is weighing in on the action: Travis Barker.

"The [goat emoji] must get his props in this war of roller coasters and spinning drum kits. Everybody copied  #BUDDYRICH" the blink-182 percussionist tweeted on Friday (November 30), linking to a YouTube video depicting a 1975 performance of jazz drummer Buddy Rich playing upside down.

Check out Barker's Twitter post below.

Though the "SICKO MODE" rapper isn't drumming at his shows, Lee is mad because he thinks Scott is copying his band's "Crüecifly" 360-degree mechanical loop, which they used on tour nearly a decade ago. The emcee is strapped into a similar loop and rides upside down while rapping. But despite the angry rock star threatening to sue, Scott's legal team doesn't seem to worried.

"Tommy didn’t invent the concept of a roller coaster on stage and there’s no legal basis for his accusatory outburst. The actual creator and owner of the system has granted Travis all rights to use that equipment to complement his original stage design," his attorney Laurie L. Soriano recently told TMZ.
