Nicki Minaj & Meek Mill Partied In Miami On NYE But It's Not What You Think

Nicki Minaj and her ex-man Meek Mill rung in 2019 in closer proximity than they probably planned to last night.

The rappers and former hip-hop power couple both touched down in Miami on Monday (December 31) to toast to the New Year — but lucky for them, the musicians were nowhere in sight of each other. 

According to TMZ — and various clips posted to each artists' Instagram Stories — Meek was leading hosting duties for a New Year's Eve 2019 event at STORY nightclub and afterward a dinner at Mandrake, whereas Minaj was just blocks away at LIV nightclub watching Lil Wayne live in concert beside new flame Kenneth Petty.

The "All Eyes on You" partners weren't the only stars in the area either. A Miami NYE seemed to appeal to Dua Lipa, 2 Chainz, J Balvin and several other celebs who were around town as well.

Thankfully, the two never crossed paths — that could have been messy — especially given they've yet to bury the hatchet since their nasty split in 2017. Furthermore, it didn't make matters any better when the "Chun-Li" artist alleged on her 2018 track "Barbie Dreams" that Meek was still trying to slide in her DMs a year later. 

So where do Meek and Minaj stand today? Our guess is it ain't over.

As we previously reported, the "Going Bad" rapper let it be known he and his ex are no longer talking as Minaj has him blocked on social media.
