Camila Cabello Celebrates 22nd Birthday With 22 Important Life Lessons

Camila Cabello celebrated 22 years of life in the most meaningful way.

The "Never Be the Same" star honored her 22nd birthday on Twitter on Sunday (March 3) with 22 important life lessons she learned at 21. Among the index of valuable revelations, Cabello notes, "Ask your grandparents about their lives," "Find time to read and I promise you you'll fall in love with it," and that "a hot bubble bath in your 20's is a spiritual experience."

The singer-songwriter, who is currently in a relationship with dating advice expert Matthew Hussey, also promises "No feeling compares to falling in love."

"It makes sense - all the movies, the stories, the songs. It is the most intoxicating, consuming feeling that exists. Even when other things are just as important, I don't think any feeling compares to the intensity of it," the artist explained. "Life is too short to hang out with people you don't like, be in relationships with people that don't make you happy, or do things you hate. I think fear is actually an important feeling. You should be afraid of wasting time."

In her experience, Cabello has also learned that, while "Life. Is. Hard" and "complicated," the vocalist says "the quicker you stop trying to make sense of it … the happier you'll be." Instead, Cabello urged fans to "create your own momentum" and seize the moment before it's too late.

As if this reflection wasn't indicative enough, the former Fifth Harmony member has matured immensely since she broke out as a solo act in 2017. Her self-titled debut album garnered two Grammy nominations this year, and the songbird is already at work on her sophomore turn.

Cabello is nominated for several iHeartRadio Music Awards this year, including Female Artist of the Year, Best Lyrics ("Consequences"), and Best Fan Army (Camilizers).
