The BeyHive Is Attacking Omari Hardwick For Kissing Beyoncé At NAACP Awards

The BeyHive has a new target — Omari Hardwick.

The Power star has become the latest victim of Beyoncé's die-hard fan base after he decided to kiss Bey not once, but twice as she stood next to her husband JAY-Z at the 2019 NAACP Image Awards over the weekend.

Here's how it all went down:

In a video that has since gone viral, Omari is shown posing for a photo with Jay before running over to Beyonce. Upon greeting her, he gives her a slight kiss on the cheek and goes in for a hug. He's then heard whispering something in Bey's ear as she responds "thank you." However, before departing, Omari goes back in for a kiss that landed a little closer to the singer's lips.

It was that second kiss that has caused the Beyhive to launch a social media attack on the actor. Not only have they lit the comments section of his Instagram with messages of outrage, but they've also taken their disgust to Twitter.

"2nd kiss was unnecessary & uncomfortable. Don’t do that again," a fan reacted to footage of Omari's double smooch on Twitter. "We women so often get touched, kissed, groped & poked in instances exactly like this (at an event, at work, etc). WE DON’T LIKE IT. It’s time to no longer let these moments of discomfort slide."

Another upset Beyhive member tweeted, "Bey’s face+body language when Omari Hardwick kissed her BOTH times is all of us when drunk and/or nasty-ass daddies, granddaddies, uncles, deacons, and pastors do the same thing."
