Pauly D Says New Show Is Like The Bachelor, The Challenge & Jersey Shore

Forget the Jersey Shore, DJ Pauly D is heading to the KTU studios! Pauly is here talking his new dating reality show starring him and his best friend/Jersey Shore cast mate, Vinny. Will you accept these bros? MTV's Double Shot of Love with Pauly D and Vinny is premiering April 11th and we are ready to see what these two are up to in the dating world. Pauly D explains the show as a mix of The Bachelor, The Challenge and Jersey Shore. He says the show is going to be a mix of challenges for the girls in the house and him and Vinny are actually going to stay in the house with the ladies, similar to something like the Jersey Shore.

While Pauly was in he also gave us an update on The Situation aka Mike! "Mike is doing great, I talk to him every day... every single day," says Pauly on his Jersey pal. He continues to explain how Mike is living it up in jail saying:

It's so cool we have this app and I could talk to him every day. He sees his wife Lauren once a week... He's like 'I'm having the time of my life.' He's like 'I eat what I want' I'm like you have a vacation from life. He told me that 'It's like rehab, but he's sober.'..... It's like camp.
