Update: YUNGBLUD has officially released his new single, "Parents," Friday (May 24) after teasing fans all week. “Parents” marks his third release this year following “Loner” in January and the Halsey/Travis Barker collab “11 Minutes” in February.
YUNGBLUD's been teasing his song "Parents" since late last year, when he tweeted a few of the song's graphic lyrics: "my daddy put a gun to my head, said if you dare kiss a boy I’m gonna shoot you dead, so i tied him up with gaffa tape, locked him in a shed, then i went out to the garden and f**ked my best friend..."
Well, it looks like fans won't have to wait much longer to hear the full song. The English alt-rocker shared a variation of the same story in a voice recording you can access by dialing +1 (916) 915-0242, and at the end reveals the track will be coming out this Friday (May 24). Those in attendance at his show in Dallas earlier this month were in for a real treat when he debuted the song live. A fan caught the full performance on video, which you can watch below.

New music isn't the only thing the young artist has been working on. He also recently revealed that he wrote a graphic novel called The Twisted Tales Of The Ritalin Club that will be hitting bookstands on October 15, just in time for Halloween.
