Jenelle Evans and David Eason will not regain custody of their three children anytime soon.

According to TMZ, a judge issued the ruling on Tuesday (May 28) after four days of explosive testimony, deciding that "there were serious issues with Jenelle and David that put the children at risk."

Sources told the entertainment site that for the time being Jenelle and David will be able to see their kids once a week for an hour with supervision. And another insider source added that the judge "laid out a number of steps Jenelle and David must take in order to regain custody of their children, including parenting classes, counseling, and weekly drug testing."

An insider went as far as to blame David for the parents' loss in custody, saying "It's all David's fault." As previously reported, the child custody hearing was triggered after David killed the family dog earlier this month. Child Protective Services subsequently ordered that Jenelle's four-year-old son Kaiser stay with his father Nathan, and her nine-year-old son Jace stay with his grandma, Barbara. Jenelle's two-year-old daughter Ensley, whom she shares with David, is also staying with Barbara.

A third source told TMZ Kaiser was "extremely fearful" of going back with his mom and stepfather as he claimed he was mistreated by David. His claims were reportedly brought up in court, and are said to have affected the judge's decision.
