Lady Gaga Almost Fell During Her Las Vegas Residency Show: Watch

Lady Gaga nearly took a spill on stage during her Enigma residency show in Las Vegas on Thursday (May 30).

While performing her hit song "Judas," the 33-year-old singer slipped off a moving prop she was sitting on but was thankfully caught by two of her dancers, as shown in a fan-captured video. "Sweet baby Jesus THANK GOD the guys caught her -- she kept it going as if nothing happened though," the fan tweeted.

As fans know, a fall for Gaga would have been bad news considering her previous hip surgeries (she was forced to cancel her "Born This Way Ball Tour" after undergoing hip surgery in 2013) and struggles with fibromyalgia — common and complex chronic pain disorder that causes widespread pain throughout one's body.

Gaga opened about her experience with the disorder in her Five Foot Two documentary in 2017 and in a candid interview with Vogue in 2018. "I get so irritated with people who don’t believe fibromyalgia is real. For me, and I think for many others, it’s really a cyclone of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and panic disorder, all of which sends the nervous system into overdrive, and then you have nerve pain as a result," she said of the condition, which she believes was brought on by a previous sexual assault, and made worse by her rigorous tour schedule.

Earlier that year, Gaga was forced to cancel her "Joanne World Tour," cutting short the European leg of the tour by ten shows, because of her chronic pain. "People need to be more compassionate," the 33-year-old singer added. "Chronic pain is no joke. And it’s every day waking up not knowing how you’re going to feel."
