Thomas Rhett's Wife Lauren Shares First Pregnancy Update

Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins announced the other week (July 23) that their family is expanding once again. The couple revealed they will be having another baby girl who will join their other two daughters, Willa Gray and Ada James.

Rhett took to Instagram to announce the news himself by sharing a photo of the whole family with his daughters touching their mom's growing belly. "Excited to share that I will now be paying for 3 weddings," he captioned the photo. "I feel so blessed to say that our third child i son the way and it's a girl!!"

Lauren also shared the same photo writing, "We decided we didn't have enough princess dresses around the house so we're adding another Akins baby girl to the family early next year."

More recently, today (August 3) Lauren shared an adorable photo to Instagram of her two girls, Willa and Ada. Based on the post and the caption it sounds like the family, especially Lauren, needed to get out of the house for a bit to refresh. "My little sunshines on our 'adventure walk' around the neighborhood (a game I made up on the fly because we desperately needed to get out of the house before we all lost it even though it was almost a million degrees yesterday)," she wrote.

It also sounds like the mama has been dealing with an extreme case of morning sickness. "SO READY to be fun mommy again when all this more-like-all-day-not-just-morning-sickness goes away," she adds. Lauren also includes a few hilarious hashtags that sum up pregnant mom life with toddlers. She mentioned that her kids, dogs, and especially her husband deserve gold medals for living with her during this time. The hashtags include, "#pregnantlivingwithtoddlerslife #mykidsdeserveamedalforlivingwithme #andmaybemydogs #DEFINITELYmyhusband."
