PewDiePie just made YouTube history as the first solo creator to surpass 100 million subscribers.

As of last night (August 24), the internet personality, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, is the first individual creator on the platform and the second user overall to reach the 100 million mark on the platform. Indian music channel T-Series, which currently sits at 109 million YouTube subscribers, officially set the record in May, though it’s PewDiePie is the first and only user to hit the goal all on his own. His runner-up, 5-Minute Crafts, places third behind him with 60 million subscribers.

After the news broke, other YouTube-famous celebs took to social media to congratulate the 29-year-old.

"I’m honestly so proud that PewDiePie hit 100m subs, he works so hard and is literally one of the kindest YouTubers I’ve ever met," beauty YouTuber James Charles tweeted. "Felix actually hit 100 million subs. That's absolute madness! No one deserves it more,” wrote PewDiePie’s Minecraft friend, YouTuber Jacksepticeye. “Consistently humble, incredibly hard working and one of the nicest guys I've met. Massive congrats!!”

Even YouTube gave the gamer a shoutout, tweeting: “What a month to celebrate and congratulate @PewDiePie.”

What an eventful month it's been for PewDiePie, indeed. Earlier this week, the Swedish viral sensation tied the knot with his longtime sweetheart Marzia Bisogninin an intimate garden wedding ceremony on Monday (August 19). "We are married!!!" he tweeted along with photos from their walk down the aisle. "I'm the happiest I can be. I'm so lucky to share my life with this amazing woman.”

Congrats, PewDiePie!
