Good deeds were done when the Jonas Brothers decided to visit a teenager named Lily Jordon, who had to miss the pop trio's weekend concert because she was undergoing a round of chemotherapy.
As the viral story goes, Jordon put the call out and shared a photo of herself at Penn State Children's Hospital via Instagram Story, admitting that she was going to miss the act's Saturday (August 31) set in Hershey, Pennsylvania as part of their "Happiness Begins Tour." "I was supposed to be at your Hershey concert tomorrow but instead I'm across the street doing chemo. If y'all wanted to pop in I'll give you my room number," the 16-year-old fan captioned the shot. Much to her delight, with the power of the hashtag #LilySeesTheJonasBrothersChallenge2019, Jordon's friends, followers and even Pennsylvania Congressman Scott Perry helped in on the mission by sharing the message and the request came to fruition.
In a video of the meet-and-greet, which was shared by The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Jordon can be seen overwhelmed with excitement as the comeback kids (and Priyanka Chopra) took to the hospital to visit the teen before their show. "Wow. The power of social media you guys. YOU did this. YOU made my crappy chemo session into something incredibly special and unforgettable," she captioned a group photo of the band alongside her bed. "Thank you thank you thank you @jonasbrothers for taking time out of your day to come pay me a visit. Literally made my life."
