The Voice kicked off its 17th season on Monday (September 23), and while it took a little getting used to Adam Levine's absence, the chemistry this season's coaches have is undeniable. Of course there's Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's flirting and occasional friendly competition you can only have with your significant other, but that's not all. Stefani and Kelly Clarkson quickly united as the show's two female coaches, and John Legend is so nice you can't hate him, even if you're competing against him.
The new crew showed their comradery in a video Stefani posted on her Instagram of all four coaches singing No Doubt's iconic 1995 breakup anthem "Don't Speak," with Legend playing the keyboard. While each coach participates vocally, it's Stefani and Clarkson's harmonies that take it to the next level. They're goosebump inducing.

When Levine announced his departure from The Voice after the Season 16 finale, Stefani jumped in to fill his red chair. This will be the No Doubt front woman's fourth season with show, famously having met her boyfriend Shelton four years ago during her inaugural stint on Season 7. In fact, she recently admitted she didn't even know the country star existed until she worked with him.
"I didn't even know he existed before the show. I didn't even know that he was a human being on this planet," she confessed during a recent interview.
Though Shelton is bummed his frenemy left the show, he's over the moon to have his girlfriend reprise her role as coach.
