Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's second wedding brought out plenty of friendly faces, including Dan + Shay, who attended the South Carolina ceremony with their wives. However, it also seemed to serve as an early celebration for the superstars' upcoming collab, which is set for release on Friday (October 4).
On Wednesday (October 2), the acts took to social media to break the big news with a mysterious teaser, which shows a screen in the desert flashing with their names and dramatic imagery. "New music. Wedding music. @danandshay and this guy. Friday," the pop superstar captioned the clip. Meanwhile, Billboard reported that the mid-tempo track is titled "10,000 Hours" and was written by Dan + Shay's Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney, along with Bieber, Jordan Reynolds, Jessie Jo Dillon, and Jason "Poo Bear" Boyd. Produced by Smyers, the cut is reportedly the first single off the follow-up to Dan + Shay's 2018 self-titled LP.
News of the collaboration arrives after the country duo took to social media to share images of the wedding ceremony, which also saw attendance from the acts' duel manager, Scooter Braun. In a black-and-white photo, which was posted on Twitter, Smyers appears with his wife, Abby Law, in front of a white backdrop. "Had the best time celebrating the marriage of our friends @justinbieber + @haileybieber last night," the pair captioned the shot. Over on their Instagram Story, they posted additional shots from the ceremony, alongside Braun and Usher.
