Following the release of Pearl Jam's highly-anticipated new single, “Dance Of The Clairvoyants,” as well as the nature-themed “Dance Of The Clairvoyants (Mach I)” video last week, the Seattle legends have just unveiled another video for the song; aptly titled "Mach II.”
The video is 100 percent better than any nature documentary and features the same clips of the great outdoors but with a few clips of the band performing the song. Just like the band's upcoming album name, Gigaton, reflects a natural phenomena, the video is chock full of stunning visuals of various natural occurrences.
“This is the most beautiful music video I’ve seen in a really long time. This song is incredible as well,” one fan wrote in the YouTube comments.
“'Dance' was a perfect storm of experimentation and real collaboration... We've opened some new doors creatively and that’s exciting," Pearl Jam's Jeff Ament said of the new song on the band's Twitter — and fans agree.
“I'm glad that PJ changed their sound because change is always great, of course lots of fans wish that they would have kept their same sound,” one fan wrote. “Experimenting with new sound is always fun for bands, and each band will most likely get hate because of it, but there will always be those fans that love and respect anything their favorite bands do.”
”Dance Of The Clairvoyants” is just the first offering off Pearl Jam's highly-anticipated 11th album due out March 27. The upcoming album features 11 more songs that fans can hear live on tour this spring.
