Earlier this month, Linkin Park asked fans to help the band celebrate 20 years of the 11-times platinum album HYBRID THEORY.
Now, on Monday (March 23), Linkin Park announced on social media that the band will be taking to YouTube for a live stream — for the first of many celebrations lasting the year.
During the live stream, the band members will be reacting to never-before-seen concert footage from the HYBRID THEORY era.
“WHAT OMG YES YES YES,” one fan commented on Instagram while others shared in the excitement. “Oh my God Tomorrow can't wait guys love you,” another wrote.
Fans can tune in tomorrow (March 24) at 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET on YouTube.
The band originally asked fans to submit photos, videos, ticket stubs, merch, flyers, souvenirs, signed items and more from the late 90s through the HYBRID THEORY era of 2000-2002. So there's probably a good chance we'll get to see some of these fan memories during the live stream.
While the band will be celebrating 20 years of HYBRID THEORY, Linkin Park will no doubt be looking back on memories with Chester Bennington as well throughout the live stream and other anniversary celebrations.
Fans can also check out the inaugural 320 Festival, a benefit concert and mental health summit put on by Bennington's widow Talinda, at Los Angeles' LA Live on May 9.
Bennington's former band, Grey Daze, will also be releasing an album in his honor after there were plans to reunite with him to record music.
