Grimes Shares Sweet Video Of Elon Musk Cuddling With Son X Æ A-12

As the world continues to ponder the name of their newborn son X Æ A-12, Grimes and Elon Musk are seemingly settling into their lives as parents together.

On Mother's Day (May 10), the singer, 32, took to Instagram Story to share footage of Musk, 48, cuddling their one-week-old son while in bed. In the clip, the entrepreneur also seems to be burping the infant as he looks off in the distance.

If you've been following along, you know that the couple decided to name their son X Æ A-12. Musk recently broke down the name with The Joe Rogan Experience viewers, admitting, "It's just X, the letter x, and then the Æ is pronounced Ash." He went on to reveal that A-19 is a tribute to the Archangel 12, the "precursor to SR-71, the coolest plane ever." Meanwhile, the singer shared another method to pronounce her new son's name. "It's just X, like the letter X. Then A.I. Like how you said the letter A then I," she told one inquisitive fan.

Besides the pronunciation of the infant, the stars are also at the center of reports around the legality of the name. If Grimes gave birth to their son in California, the name they chose will not be accepted by the state. As per state guidelines, you are only able to use the letters in the alphabet for baby names and an apostrophe, if needed. Otherwise, numbers, roman numerals, emojis, accents or other symbols are not permitted.
