Bring a bucket and a mop.

Looks like Cardi B plans to grow her “WAP” empire with more merchandise. According to TMZ, the Bronx rapper is looking to make some more GWAP with “WAP” after reportedly filing a trademark on the acronym, based on her hit song with Megan The Stallion of the same name.

Last week, Cardi paid a visit to the trademark office to file paperwork to brand all sorts of items, including clothing, headwear, footwear, athletic bags, purses, jewelry, stickers, and posters. And she’s not just limiting her WAP empire to clothing and accessories, either. TMZ reports Cardi is looking into trademarking “liquor and liquor beverages, beer, sports drinks, soft drinks, fruit juices, [and] mineral water.”

It’s unclear as yet if/when the “Bodak Yellow” musician’s merch expansion will come to fruition, but Cardi has already opened up her online Wap Store. There, fans can purchase an array of apparel and waterproof items, including raincoats, umbrellas, workout outfits, crop top hoodies, tee shirts, sweatshirts, and sweatpants.

As “WAP” fans know, the girl power anthem broke major records when it released in August. Cardi and Meg’s collaboration not only debuted at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 — becoming the first female rap team-up to do so — the ladies also logged the most first-week streams and scored the most-streamed song of 2020, with 93 million streams.

Cardi's potential money move comes after a tumultuous past few weeks, as the 27-year-old recently decided to end her union with her estranged husband, Offset, after three years of marriage.
