As the presidential election looms closer, artists are speaking out about the importance of voting. Ben Gibbard has been extremely. vocal with Death Cab For Cutie — launching fundraisers and hosting conversations with politicians — and now he's getting his other band back together for a special public service announcement. The Postal Service teamed up with HeadCount to make a voting PSA that's as hilarious as it is informative.

Clocking in at nearly 20 minutes, the video stars Gibbard and his bandmates Jenny Lewis and Jimmy Tamborello, along with comedian Jon Daly playing a Sub Pop employee named Dave. The label worker recommends the band set up a reunion tour to get the word out about voting, but he thinks they need some new blood. And that's when it really gets fun.

During the Zoom auditions, Big Freedia asks the members to twerk, Rick Springfield reveals a failed business venture that ended up underwater. Literally. "Dave" doesn't believe that Duff McKagan is an actual member of Guns N' Roses. Patton Oswalt has some technical difficulties, and so much more ensues from the likes of Kenny G, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Slash, Huey Lewis, Tim Robinson, Bret McKenzie, J Mascis, Kim Thayil, IRLrosie, Vanessa Bayer, Susanna Hoffs, Aparna Nancherla, Caroline Polachek, Michelle Zauner, Tunde Adebimpe, Ishmael Butler, Jon Wurster, Ben Jaffe, Walter Harris, Ronnell Johnson, and Joe Wong.
