CBS Announces Its Annual Christmas Specials Lineup

The holidays are right around the corner. As we inch closer to the festive season, it's time to start plotting out which Christmas flicks we're going to watch this year. On Wednesday (November 4), CBS released its annual Christmas specials lineup. Fans of the classics will be excited to learn that Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will be airing on CBS for the 56th consecutive year. Following the news that the Charlie Brown holiday specials are moving to AppleTV this year, fans of tradition should be pleased that this won't be changing just yet. Here's the full lineup:

Friday, November 27:

  • Frosty the Snowman—8-8:30 p.m. ET/PT
  • Frosty Returns— 8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT

Saturday, November 28:

  • Robbie the Reindeer: Hooves of Fire—8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT
  • Robbie the Reindeer: Legend of the Lost Tribe—8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT
  • The Story of Santa Claus—9:00-10:00 PM

Tuesday, December 1:

  • Rudolph for the Red-Nosed Reindeer—8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT
