Lee Brice Shares New Video For 'Memory I Don't Mess With'

Lee Brice recently announced "Memory I Don't Mess With" as the second single from his upcoming new album, Hey World. The song, written by Brice alongside Brian Davis and Billy Montana, finds the singer momentarily reflecting on powerful memories from an old love that are ultimately better off remaining in the past.

"It's about exactly what it says," Brice said of the song. "It's one of those memories, one of those things that you can't let yourself get too close to because it just pulls you in too deep. The memory's always there. The picture's always there in your head. But that's the one you've gotta let alone, and let just be a memory."

Brice released the music video to accompany his new single on Monday (November 2). The clip brings the song's powerful lyrics to life, as it follows a young couple's love story.

"Memory I Don't Mess With" is the latest song shared from Brice's upcoming 15-track album. The new single follows the release of project's title track, "Hey World" and "One Of Them Girls." Brice's hit duet with Carly Pearce, "I Hope You're Happy Now," will also be featured on his new album. A full tracklisting can be seen below.

"Hey World is just my next step in life. Where I am, who I am, what I love, and what I feel," Brice previously said of his new album. "From the songs, to the production, to the order they play in, I always have and still do make it my goal to get better and better at what I do. Short of my family, my wife and friends, my music is the deepest part of me. So, I am overjoyed to say that I think I have made my best project to date."

Hey World is due out on November 20.
