Britney Spears fans are worried that she’s in danger following her recent video post.

Earlier this week, the “Toxic” took to Instagram with what she called her “last video,” but fans have an inkling that there’s more to her message than Spears is letting on.

In the caption for the clip, shared Tuesday (November 10), Spears writes, "So I’m saying this is the final video I’m posting for ‘Just A Touch of Rose’ 🌹🌹🌹..... but you know with us artists ...... you never know really 😂🤷🏼‍♀️✨!!!! PS this video is actually 3 months old 🤫😉💋 !!!!!! @Skylargrey.”

Although Spears specifies the clip is three months old (another thing fans have been suspicious about) and appears to be just like any other video from her “Just a Touch of Rose” project, some followers believe the post is the 38-year-old’s way of saying goodbye.

Even eerier is the music Spears chose for the seemingly subliminal message, a chilling cover of “Addicted to Love” performed by Skylar Grey.

While Spears appeared to make light of her message, her fans took it as a serious cause for alarm.

“Definitely a hidden meaning here..” one fan commented, as another wrote, “Well that was scary!!!!! Glad I’m not the only one creeped out!!!”

Someone else noted the song’s disturbing lyrics: "The lyrics: the lights are on, but you’re not home and your mind is not your own.... That is all.”

The chilling clip was shared on the same day it was revealed that Britney admitted to being afraid of her long-standing conservator, father Jamie Spears, in this week's conservatorship hearing. "My client has informed me that she is afraid of her father,” claimed Spears’ attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, according to Us Weekly. “She also stated that she will not perform as long as her father is in charge of her career.”
