Before The 1975 was The 1975, they were Drive Like I Do — an emo band that was fond of Fall Out Boy covers. Earlier this year, a DLID website popped up, which got fans eager for a resurrection. To their dismay, frontman Matty Healy quickly debunked those rumors; however, we now have reason to believe that the band really, truly is coming back.

On Tuesday (December 15), Healy shared a throwback photo on Instagram from a DLID show back in 2005. When a fan commented “we want a new DLID record,” his response was short and sweet: “ok.”

When asked to elaborate, Healy simply tagged the band's Instagram account, which just so happened to launch the same day he posted that throwback picture.

At time of writing, @drivelikeido has 14,000 followers, including Healy, and has shared two ambiguous posts. The first was uncaptioned, but the second was paired with the words "That Wasn’t Even The Craziest Thing That Went Down." Could it be a song title? Only time will tell. For now, check out the post below.

Healy has been teasing the band's resurrection for a while now. Earlier this year, he told NME that he planned on getting old Drive Like I Do material remastered. “I’m getting the old stuff remastered and I’m basically going to put out the first album, the album that never was released,” he explained at the time. “And then we’ll follow that up with a new album. There’s so much Drive Like I Do stuff that was great that there’s not even demos of, so I’m going to record those songs and put them out with the two records that do kind of technically exist in the world.”
