The FBI is looking to return personal items that were left at the site of the Route 91 Harvest Festival after the mass shooting that took place in 2017.

During the festival, 58 people were killed and hundreds were injured when a gunman started shooting at the crows from a hotel room window at Mandalay Bay Resort. Two more people have died since the shooting from their injuries.

There were thousands of items left at the site of the concert. The FBI says tat hundreds of the items have already been returned, however, there are still more that need to be claimed.

The FBI wrote on Twitter on January 5th, "The FBI's Victim Services Division is making every effort to return personal effects from the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017."

The FBI states in November of last year, "We understand that some of these items may be very important to you. We worked with a company to professionally catalog and photograph each item that was recovered and has yet to be associated with and/or returned to the rightful owner."

Victims and next of kin should visit FBI.gov before February 26th for more information about receiving the lost items.
