Florida can be a strange place, which means unusual things happening there aren't strange. While 2021 continues to be what some are calling a continuation of 2020, the Sunshine State had its fair share of weird in the first month of the new year. From underground tunnels and biting sharks to truck fires and grave robbing, here are the weirdest stories we found this month.

Detour during morning commute

A man was on his way to work until he came across a toddler early in the morning. Turns out his parents and authorities were looking for the boy.

Two men were taken into custody after authorities for allegedly robbing the graves of some veterans. When asked why they did it, one of the men said “the spirit is much stronger in a hero."
