A popular vegan food truck known for strolling between Ballard's breweries are opening their own restaurant this spring, according to Seattle Pi.

Cycle Dogs said their first outpost will open its doors in Ballard where No Bones Beach Club used to be. The business started as a small vegan bike cart in 2015 thanks to a Kickstarter campaign by Keaton and Becky Tucker. The truck has been parked outside of the Dane since November to give guests more outdoor seating options.

"The stand captured the hearts of Ballard's brewery goers with their generously topped vegan dogs, nachos and sandwiches and focus on using locally sourced ingredients," reporters wrote. "Favorites from the truck include their Seattle dog which features cream cheese, grilled sweet onions and options to add a flair of heat with jalapenos and Tapatío hot sauce."

Seattle Pi added that brewery enthusiasts can look forward to a joint cider and beer taproom later this summer, as well.

Other restaurants and new locations have popped up in the Seattle area recently. Dough Zone opened a new flagship spot in Bellevue, and Food Network Star Guy Fieri brought his Flavortown "ghost kitchen" to the city last month.
