Believe It Or Not, This Utah City Has The Most Stress-Free Americans

Stress is caused by many different factors. And due to the climate of the past year, stress levels are at an all-time high.

One Utah city, however, is definitely finding ways to cope.

SkinStore conducted a study to determine which cities in America are the most stress-free, and Salt Lake City placed in the top spot.

The city came in first overall with a total zen score of 81.0.

To determine the list, SkinStore looked at overall happiness, how overworked people are, pollution, and safety in each state to determine the scores out of a possible 100.

Salt Lake City's overall happiness score was a 67.84.

The city scored a 75.2 working score, a 62.48 safety score, and a 31 pollution score.

According to SkinStore, here are the top 10 states with the most stress-free Americans:

1. Salt Lake City, Utah
2. Indianapolis, Indiana
3. Des Moines, Iowa
4. Columbus, Ohio
5. Phoenix, Arizona
6. Detroit, Michigan
7. Minneapolis, Minnesota
8. Portland, Oregon
9. Milwaukee, Minnesota
10. Las Vegas, Nevada
