FLAVORTOWN: Chef Guy Fieri Opens Delivery-Only Ghost Kitchen In Georgia

Delivery-only “ghost kitchens” inspired and launched by celeb chef Guy Fieri are popping up nationwide — including in Georgia.
The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host is opening a Flavortown Kitchen in the Alpharetta, operating out of the Buca di Beppo kitchen. It's located on Mansell Road, near North Point Mall, according to Eater Atlanta on Wednesday (March 10).
Other Flavortown ghost kitchens have opened in Cleveland, Chicago, Seattle, Sacramento and more.
The Flavortown pop-ups, in a partnership between Fieri and Robert Earl, reportedly aim to help restaurants impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
“Flavortown Kitchen is a delivery only restaurant featuring real-deal flavors from Chef Guy Fieri,” the ghost kitchen’s site reads. “From our signature Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Wings to our award winning Mac N Cheese Burger, all of Flavortown’s favorites come straight to your door step.”
The Alpharetta ghost kitchen opens at 10:30 a.m. each day, and can be delivered by third-party services like Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats and others, Eater Atlanta noted.
Last year, Fieri teamed up with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation to establish the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund. That initiative also aimed to help local restaurant employees struggling during the pandemic. It raised more than $21 million.
