Justin Bieber has enlisted the talents of Daniel Caesar and Giveon for his new music video.
This Friday (March 19), the Canadian singer-songwriter unveiled the visual for his latest single, “Peaches.” The pop star dropped the music video to celebrate the arrival of his seventh studio album, Justice, which also released on the same day.
The track, which features vocals from the Canadian R&B star and the Long Beach-born crooner, received a music video treatment that sees Bieber cruising down city streets illuminated by neon lights, with Caesar and Giveon tagging along for the ride.
“I get my peaches out in Georgia, ooh, yeah, s**t / I get my weed from California, that's that shit / I took my chick up to the North, yeah, bada** b***h / I get my light right from the source, yeah, yeah, that's it,” Bieber sings on the hook in the smooth R&B jam.
Justice features 16 new songs, including previously-released singles “Anyone,” “Hold On,” “Holy" featuring Chance the Rapper, and “Lonely" with Benny Blanco. Bieber’s new album also includes guest appearances by artists like The Kid Laroi, Burna Boy, Khalid, and Beam.
Speaking of what inspired Justice, Bieber shared the following statement:
"In a time when there’s so much wrong with this broken planet we all crave healing and justice for humanity. In creating this album my goal is to make music that will provide comfort, to make songs that people can relate to and connect to so they feel less alone. Suffering, injustice and pain can leave people feeling helpless. Music is a great way of reminding each other that we aren’t alone. Music can be a way to relate to one another and connect with one another. I know that I cannot simply solve injustice by making music but I do know that if we all do our part by using our gifts to serve this planet and each other that we are that much closer to being united. This is me doing a small part. My part. I want to continue the conversation of what justice looks like so we can continue to heal."
