Meg Myers is hard at work on her third album, and she's giving fans a behind the scenes look at the writing process. Though most of the content is saved for her Patreon followers, the singer-songwriter shared a snippet of a new song on Instagram.
"It’s been really special posting my writing process for the 3rd album on my Patreon the last couple years," she captioned a video showing her sing while strumming a ukulele. "Having this safe space to be vulnerable, explore my feelings and what I truly want to express has been a dream come true. Here’s a recent clip. Love all you guys so much and sending you big hugs and gratitude tonight/today wherever you are on the planet"
See her post below.
Myers recently shared a surreal animated music video for her single "The Underground." The song is featured on her Thank U 4 Taking Me To 2 The Disco EP — one of two she released last year. Her sophomore album, Take Me to the Disco, was released in 2018.
Myers' cover of Kate Bush's "Running Up The Hill" was one of iHeartRadio's top-played Alternative Rock songs of 2020. See what else made the cut here.
