This Is The Best Regional Fast Food Chain In Virginia

A local favorite has been named as the best regional fast food chain in Virginia.

Elevation Burger was included among Mashed's list of the best regional fast food chains in every state, which was published on Wednesday (August 4).

Elevation Burger has four locations in Virginia, as well as four in Maryland and one in Washington, D.C.

The chain prides itself on offering a "premium organic burger" that includes 100% grass-fed beff patties, fries cooked in heart-healthy olive oil and cage-free chicken, according to its official website.

"Elevation Burger could well be the only fast food chain where you can order a 10-patty stacked burger that also happens to be 100-percent organic, grass-fed beef (via USA TODAY)," Mashed's Gene Gerrard writes. "Elevation Burger is headquartered in Falls Church, where it began in 2005, and has 19 locations divided between Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

"According to Saveur, Elevation was the first organic fast food joint out there. In addition to Elevation's beef burgers, they also have three plant-based burgers, and chicken can be ordered fried or grilled. The olive-oil French fries are delicious, and the service is spot-on too."
