An Amazon delivery driver is going viral for giving a Texas homeowner a potentially life-saving tip while dropping off a package.

Jessica Huseman shared on TikTok the video from her doorbell camera of a driver named Chelsea dropping off a package in early September. In the video that's been seen more than 3 million times, Chelsea says something that a lot of homeowners never consider.

"You have no markers on your house that says what number you are, and that [makes] it hard to find your house my dude. And it’s unsafe honestly. What if you needed medical assistance and the paramedics didn’t know your town well?" Chelsea tells the camera before taking off.

We just moved in and this happened today…she’s not wrong though. Guess I need to get some house numbers. #amazondelivery

Commenters commended Chelsea for sharing that nugget of information.

“Retired Paramedic. She is 100 correct. Protect yourself and get some large numbers on your house and mailbox if it’s out front. Spray paint on curb too," wrote one person.

While some cities and towns require buildings to display their street numbers, all cities strongly recommend that homeowners have numbers that are visible and easy to read from the street.

"If the numbers on your house are not visible or easy to read, it will take emergency personnel longer to reach you. Those extra minutes spent trying to locate a property can mean the difference between life and death, so take the time now to be sure your house numbers are able to be seen from the street to help emergency responders find you faster," cautions the city of Harrington, Delaware.

In a follow up video, Jessica said she got numbers painted on her home.
