On Tuesday (September 14), Selena Gomez had a fun night out with some of her friends in Los Angeles. The group planned to go to Build-A-Bear Workshop together after grabbing dinner and drinks, but they ended up somewhere completely different—a tattoo and piercing shop.

The whole extravaganza was documented on TikTok by Gomez's friends, Avery Tucker and Harmony Tividad of GirlPool, including the part when the 'Hands to Myself' singer got a new helix piercing. Gomez then showed off her new small hoop to the camera.

Gomez's fun night out with her pals comes shortly after Hulu announced it picked up Only Murders in the Building for a second season. The murder mystery comedy is Gomez's first small-screen role since Wizards of Waverly Place wrapped nearly a decade ago. Fans were clearly excited to see Gomez return to her acting roots, as well, as Hulu revealed Only Murders in the Building was the most-watched original comedy on premiere day and its most-watched comedy across all SVOD titles ever on the platform.

For those who may not have tuned into the series just yet, Only Murders in the Building follows three strangers, played by Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Gomez, living in the same apartment building who come together to investigate the mysterious death of one of their neighbors.
