A Waterfront Dream Home Is Up For Grabs, And You Can Win It!

People looking for a beautiful house have a chance to make their dreams come true.

Seattle Refined says Puget Sound Raffle is giving away a waterfront home on Holmes Point in Kirkland, Washington. This 4,730 square foot house has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and amazing views of both Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier.

"Light-filled, professionally updated interior includes a chef’s island kitchen with SubZero and Dacor appliances, spa-inspired top floor master suite, lower level summer kitchen, and generous bedrooms including second master suite," according to the raffle's webpage. "Carefully crafted renovation features beautiful custom millwork, built-ins, and extensive use of natural stone, tile and hardwoods."

That's not all. This beauty also comes with a 68-foot dock and direct access to the Lake's beaches. Protected forests and waterfront parks surround this home, as well.

The raffle ticket costs $150 and benefits Special Olympics Washington. You can buy a ticket via phone, fax or mail.

The deadline to enter is November 19, 2021. Winners will be drawn on December 3, 2021.

Winners can choose between the house or $4 million.
