The monsoon rains in Arizona are bringing in an invasion of bats to the state, reported Fox 10 Phoenix. According to the Arizona Game and Fish Department, two species of bats are making their way into the state.

The two species of bats, the long nosed bat and the long tailed bat, are migrating to Mexico and making a pit stop here in Arizona.

Arizona Game and Fish Department's Mark Hart says that the bats love nectar. So, if you want them to stay out of your yard, take down any hummingbird feeders that you have hanging around. Hart said:

"Take your hummingbird feeder down if you're tired of refilling it all of the time and wait until they leave, which could be any day now. Or leave them up and figure that you're helping out that species."

According to officials with the Arizona Game and Fish Department, the bats should be making their way out of the area soon as they pass down to Mexico.
