Utah Teen Cited For DUI After Crashing Into House With Stolen Car

A Utah teenager has been cited for driving under the influence and crashing a stolen car into a local home, reported ABC 4. The incident happened at the St George home on Thursday morning. St George police were called to a home on Thursday morning just before 1 AM. A resident told police that a vehicle had crashed into their home and was on fire.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a vehicle that was fully engulfed in flames. Damage from the fire had already spread to the home.
One viewer shared photos of the damage with ABC 4. The photos were taken after the fire had been extinguished and the vehicle was removed from the home. Check out the photos below.

The vehicle that the teen was driving was a stolen car. It was later determined that the vehicle had been stolen from the driver’s sister.
The teen driver was only 14 years old, and was cited for driving under the influence, violating curfew, operating without a drivers license, and a traffic violation.
The teenager was released with their parents.
