San Diego Driver Miraculously Comes Out Of Train Crash Unscathed

The driver of an Audi sedan collided with a North County Transit District Coaster train in Leucadia and was able to survive reports the Times of San Diego.

The San Diego Sheriff's Department received a report that a train and a car collided near the 1600 block of North Vulcan Avenue.

Deputy Joseph Pirri of the North Coastal Sheriff's Station said deputies responded to the report at 4:44 P.M. on Wednesday, October 6.

While the Audi sustained damage to its front end, the driver reportedly did not seem to have any injuries and refused to be evaluated by paramedics.

In addition, no injuries were reported by the train's crew or passengers but the train sustained minor damage. No other details were reported.
