Creepy Video Shows California Burglar Standing Over Victims As They Sleep

A recent video released by police captured a disturbing moment during a home invasion in San Bernardino while the residents were still inside. The San Bernardino Police Department posted the video to their Twitter which shows an intruder breaking into the home and standing over the residents as they slept in their bed. "This suspect, who was captured on the victim's interior surveillance cameras, broke into their residence and was brazen enough to stand over them and look at them while they slept in their bed!" they wrote.

According to CBS News, investigators said the intruder has already been identified and arrested but is suspected of committing other similar crimes. Police are not releasing the identity of the man due to the ongoing investigation. Another home invasion took place in the Los Angeles area last month. A man in Hollywood Hills was at home watching TV when five masked intruders broke into his home through his garage and rummaged through his personal belongings. The man called the police and hid out in his bathroom until the intruders left the scene.
