Maren Morris, Lainey Wilson & Dierks Bentley Team Up For The Best Surprise
May 8, 2022
The iHeartCountry Festival presented by Capital One featured jaw-dropping acoustic performances during the iHeartRadio “We’re All Country” Guitar Pull powered by Ram Trucks. The Guitar Pull featured surprise performances by three of the biggest names in country music: Maren Morris, Lainey Wilson and Dierks Bentley. From the Ram Truck VIP Area Bobby Bones introduced Morris and Wilson to the stage at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas.
Morris, who took the whole crowd to her “Church” during her set earlier in the evening, kicked off the special moment performing a song from her 2016 album, “Rich.” Later, she launched into a powerful performance of “The Middle,” which she released with Zedd and Grey (and the audience showed a sing-along was irresistible).

Morris alternated with Wilson, the reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards Best New Country Artist who also took the Daytime Stage, who performed “Things A Man Oughta Know” during the Guitar Pull. Bentley recruited Wilson, who introduced him to the stage, as his duet partner for “Burning Man.” The “Drunk On A Plane” singer kept the show going solo, rocking the Guitar Pull with “Beers On Me” — his collaboration with HARDY and BRELAND — and “I Hold On.”

This year, Ram Trucks honored firefighters in their special VIP section, and showcased their new 2022 RAM 1500 Built To Serve Firefighter Edition, which is inspired by first responders like the firefighters who will be honored in the Ram VIP section.
