The Highwomen are taking a moment to reflect on their milestones as they celebrate the three-year anniversary of releasing their first full-length project on Tuesday (September 6). The quartet made up of Maren Morris, Brandi Carlile, Amanda Shires and Natalie Hemby released their self-titled debut album in 2019.

“Happy 3rd Anniversary to our first record,” The Highwomen shared in a tweet, along with a brief clip set to “Crowded Table,” which was included on the album. “Then and now, we dream of a place where women are played equally in country music and tables have a seat for everyone. Play it loud today in your offices, classrooms, cars, homes, anywhere & everywhere to celebrate!”

Morris shared the clip on her Instagram story on Tuesday, tagging Carlile, Shires, Hemby, Yola, Sheryl Crow, Dave Cobb and Jason Isbell. The Highwomen, a 12-track collection, included the title track, “Crowded Table,” “Redesigning Women” and other fan-favorites. Since dropping their debut album, The Highwomen have also banded together to release a stunning cover of “Highway Unicorn (Road To Love)” to mark the 10th anniversary of Lady Gaga’s iconic album, Born This Way. Gaga’s special edition to mark the decade milestone included six reimagined tracks. The Highwomen teamed up with Brittney Spencer and Madeline Edwards on the song.
